SpaceX is targeting Monday, March 9 for a Falcon 9 launch of the EchoStar XXV mission to geosynchronous transfer orbit from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. The 149-minute launch window opens at 11:14 p.m. ET. If needed, a backup opportunity is available Tuesday, March 10 with the same window.
A live webcast of this mission will begin about 15 minutes prior to liftoff, which you can watch here and on X @SpaceX. You can also watch the webcast on the X TV app.
This will be the 14th flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously supported Crew-9, RRT-1, Firefly Blue Ghost Mission 1, Fram2, SXM-10, MTG-21, and seven Starlink missions. Following stage separation, the first stage will land on the A Shortfall of Gravitas droneship, which will be stationed in the Atlantic Ocean.

SpaceX rocket launch from Cape Canaveral lights up early Tuesday sky
After an hour delay, a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket illuminated the Florida night sky as it carried a satellite to orbit.
The launch occurred at 12:19 a.m. Tuesday, March 10 from Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.
The Falcon 9 rocket carried the EchoStar XXV mission to orbit. This is a direct broadcast satellite for DISH and will beam high quality TV to DISH customers. This was the booster's 14th mission.
No sonic booms were heard in Brevard County, as the booster landed out on the Just Read the Instructions drone ship in the Atlantic Ocean.
